Hi, I'm Antony

I’ve always been passionate about helping young athletes unlock their potential, because talent and hard work alone are rarely enough to maximise performance. Without a targeted approach to nutrition, training adaptations are limited, recovery is sub-optimal, and progress becomes inconsistent. As a qualified Nutritionist and aspiring Physiotherapist, I bring an evidence-based background to athlete development — combining science with practical, real-world strategies that young athletes and their families can implement with confidence. Through AV Performance, my mission is simple: to provide developing athletes the structure, guidance, and nutritional foundation they need to perform at their best; not just for now, but instead a solid foundation they can build upon throughout their sporting career.
